  • Scheduled Appointments: In the event of a no-show for a scheduled appointment, a refund will be issued for 75% of the amount paid. It’s important to honor scheduled appointments to ensure the best service experience.

  • Rescheduling Policy: Customers are allowed to reschedule appointments up to two times. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we aim to accommodate our customers’ needs.
